Refund policy

At PIPPY, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return for CREDIT, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds are for CREDIT ONLY: Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We'll immediately notify you via e-mail on the status of your credit issuing after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we'll initiate a refund in the form of a store credit via e-mail. 

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
